In general, yoghurt is a food produced by
fermenting milk. This fermentation process is assisted by the presence of
bacteria that produce lactic acid. Some of the bacteria used are Lactobacillus
bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria.
Both types of bacteria will break down lactose (milk sugar) into lactic
acid and various aroma and taste components. Lactobacillus

2.Russian Federation
Russia is the 2nd biggest producer of Yoghurt

production of Yoghurt from Russia reached 544,501 tons. In this country there
