1.Wheat (Triticum L.)    

Wheat is the second most produced of Agricultural Commodities from Australia in 2022. According to FAO Statistical Corporate Database (FAOSTAT), the production of Wheat in Australia reached 36,237,477 tons. Geographically, in Australia, the major cultivation area of Wheat can be found in Western Australia, New South Wales, and South Australia. Commonly, there are some different types of wheat grain exist in Australia namely bread wheat (Triticum aestivum vulgare) and durum wheat (Triticum turgidum durum).
