12 World’s Biggest Country
Producers of Silver
12 World’s Biggest Country
Producers of Silver- According to the U.S.
Geological Survey in 2024, these are the 12 largest silver-producing
countries in 2023. These countries statistically have abundant resources of
silver. With these rich resources of silver deposited in their land, they can
mine and use it for domestic consumption. Some of the country’s export their
silver to others. Silver can be
processed into some products. Some cooking utensils, jewellery, film, medical
equipment, electric components, building components still used silver as main
or mixed material to maximize the functions.
Statistically,
silver is still an important commodity in the world. The production is still in
stable conditions. In 2023, the production of world’s silver reached 26,000
tons. Meanwhile, in 2022, the production was in 25,600 tons. Here are the 12
largest silver-producing countries in 2023, based on data from the U.S.
Geological Survey in 2024.
